why does the Google hours show up one thing and it really isn't open??? We stood outside for a long time there was a closed sign said they would be back at 11:45 and it was 12:30 and they were still closed?

The owner has a lot on her plate, weekends are usually best, and the evening. With summer here, they will be open longer hours.
